Agent as a contact.
Beside you in
real time.
Share your live location and say what you care about. Beside watches the map in the background and texts you the moment you're near it.
How it works
No app. No onboarding. Just a contact.
Tap the button
Messages opens with your first text already typed. Send it and that's the whole install. No app, no account.
Share your live location
Apple's own location sharing, right in Messages. Stop anytime.
Say what to watch for
Coffee, pharmacies, sneaker drops, golf deals. Beside searches in the background and texts you when you're near.
Real answers
Asked once. Answered at the right moment.
What it is
A local friend who knows what's worth your time.
Lives in Messages
No app, no account, no feed. Beside is a contact in your phone, and the whole product is the conversation.
Watches while you wander
Tell Beside what you love once. It checks your live location on a schedule and texts only when something nearby is worth stopping for.
Knows the block
Share your location once and Beside thinks in walking minutes, not search results. Suggestions start from where you're standing.
Does the homework
Behind every ping, Beside has already scanned the maps and the web for hours, deals and reviews. An alert means a real find, not just a pin nearby.
Shows you, doesn't tell you
Menus, courses, rooms. Beside sends photos and audio as native carousels in Messages. Swipe through tonight's options like a friend texted them over.
Remembers you
The quiet back room, the oat milk, the 9am tee time. Beside keeps the thread, so you never explain twice.
Joins the group chat
Add Beside to the planning thread. It reads the room, proposes the plan, runs the poll, and books the winner.
Follows through
"Remind me Thursday" actually happens Thursday. Beside schedules its own reminders, so plans don't die in the scroll.
Books, doesn't just suggest
Movie tickets, tee times, tables. Beside holds real booking tools, so "sounds good" turns into a confirmation in the same thread. No online booking? Beside books it for you over the phone, checking availability and confirming when you say go.

What credits buy
From one question to always-on.
~25 credits
A quick ask
“find me a kid friendly hotel along the route.” One answer, timed to where you are. With photo place cards, ~55.
~700 credits / mo
A standing watch
“tell me when I'm near a standout coffee spot”, checked twice a day, every day.
~550 credits
A weekend trip
Hourly alerts across a 2 day road trip: “ping me at the best skyline stops.” Frequency is the dial you control.
How credits work
Pay for what Beside does. Nothing else.
Credits map to real usage
Every message and scheduled check is metered from the model work it actually takes. Heavier asks cost more, light ones cost less.
Savings built in
Routine checks run on our fastest model with free OpenStreetMap lookups, so keeping watch costs a fraction of a conversation. Rich photo place cards use Google Maps data and are metered like everything else.
You control the burn
A check every 5 minutes costs 12× an hourly one. Slow a watch down, speed it up, or pause it. Just text Beside.
FAQ
Fair questions.
Are the 1,000 credits really free?
Yes. The first time you text Beside, 1,000 free credits land on your number: no credit card, no account, no catch. They never expire; when they're gone, pick a plan (from $10/month) or top up.
What can I do with 1,000 credits?
A quick ask runs about 25 credits (~55 with photo place cards). A scheduled check has averaged about 13 credits in production. That's enough to try real use before choosing a monthly plan.
How are credits counted?
Each message and each scheduled check is metered from the actual work it takes: model tokens, web searches, rich map lookups, delivery, and a sliver of infrastructure. You only spend when Beside actually does something.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. But your signup credits, top ups, and referral credits never expire.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes. Text Beside “billing portal” and you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel in two taps. Your remaining credits keep working either way, and they never expire.
Do plans gate features?
Yes, but only for standing-watch capacity: Free includes 1, Starter 2, Plus 5, and Pro 10. Every plan still includes checks as often as every 5 minutes, web search, photo cards, and bookings. You can top up credits on any plan.
